The report produced by ICC’s Business Action to Stop Counterfeiting and Piracy (BASCAP) - “'Roles and Responsibilities on Intermediaries: Fighting counterfeiting and piracy in the supply” was published on 26th March 2015.

The report is a helpful publication. It makes clear, that all intermediaries in the value chain need to take pro-active measures against counterfeiting and piracy.
